Terms

Terms of Service

Last updated August 21, 2026. These Terms apply to the AiDigitalSmart website and services provided by Business Beyond Borders Corp. A signed order form, proposal or checkout terms may add service-specific details.

Plain-English summary

We sell done-for-you business services, not guaranteed revenue. You must give us accurate information, lawful access and timely approvals. We must provide the work in the scope you buy. Prices shown on the website are part of the offer, while billing timing, cancellation details and any special scope belong in the checkout or written order.

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are between Business Beyond Borders Corp., doing business through the AiDigitalSmart brand (“AiDigitalSmart,” “BBBC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and the person or business using the website or purchasing services (“you” or “Client”). By using the site, creating an account, submitting an order or paying for a service, you agree to these Terms and any order form, proposal, checkout terms or service addendum that applies to your purchase.

If a signed order form or service-specific agreement conflicts with these Terms, the more specific written agreement controls for that service.

2. Business information

AiDigitalSmart is operated by Business Beyond Borders Corp. Our business address is 99 Wall Street, Suite 2436, New York, NY 10005, USA. Contact: team@aidigitalsmart.us.

3. Core packages

Our public core packages are:

  • Operate: $969/month + $1,495 setup.
  • Convert: $1,499/month + $2,495 setup. Convert includes the Operate scope plus an inbound AI receptionist, 1,000 minutes/month, after-hours coverage and calendar booking. Usage above the included minutes is charged at the published per-minute rate then in effect.
  • Grow: $2,499/month + $3,495 setup. Grow includes Convert plus ads management. The first $3,000/month of advertising spend is Client media spend and separate from our service fee. Above $3,000/month of ad spend, AiDigitalSmart charges 15% of ad spend.

If you previously paid a lower core-package setup fee and later upgrade to a higher core package, the intended website offer is that you pay only the difference between the setup fees. The authoritative credit and subscription state must be calculated by our billing system at checkout.

4. Optional add-ons

Add-ons are separate from Operate, Convert and Grow. They may be purchased alone or with a core package.

Reputation & Proof

$349/month + $495 setup. We operate a process for collecting real customer feedback and testimonials, importing eligible existing reviews, displaying approved proof on the Client website and preparing approved review content for social use. We do not create, purchase or encourage fake reviews. Public review requests must be neutral and consistent with applicable platform rules.

Press & Authority

$1,500 per published article + $500 first-time setup. The setup fee is charged once, the first time the Client uses the service. Later articles are $1,500 each unless a different written order applies. The service is for truthful, newsworthy business announcements. We may refuse fabricated, misleading or non-newsworthy submissions. Distribution, indexing, pickup, media coverage, search ranking and AI-answer visibility are not guaranteed outcomes because third-party editorial and indexing decisions are outside our control.

Outbound Prospecting

$1,199/month + $995 setup. We run prospecting against a defined local list the Client provides or we help build. The service can include approved outreach messaging, qualification, appointment-setting workflow, response monitoring, handoff, suppression and weekly reporting within the agreed scope. It is separate from the inbound receptionist included in Convert.

5. Scope and implementation

The exact deliverables, launch sequence, access requirements, supported channels and responsibilities for a service may be described on the applicable service page, checkout, proposal or order form. Our published “14-day” language is a target for applicable onboarding work when the Client supplies required access, accurate business information, approvals and other dependencies on time. It is not a guarantee that every service, approval, publication, account verification or external dependency will be completed within 14 days.

6. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, lawful access to accounts and data, timely approvals, current hours and availability, and instructions reasonably needed to perform the service. You are responsible for the products and services your business sells, your pricing and policies, your licenses, your customer service, the legality of claims you ask us to publish, and the final fulfillment of work sold to your customers.

You must not instruct us to publish false claims, impersonate another person, create fake reviews, misrepresent awards or placements, use unlawfully obtained data, contact people in violation of applicable law, or engage in deceptive, abusive or illegal marketing.

7. Reputation and testimonial rules

Review and testimonial content must come from genuine customer experiences. You are responsible for having the right to contact customers for feedback and for obtaining any permission needed to display a testimonial, name, image or video. We may refuse content we reasonably believe is fabricated, misleading, improperly incentivized or otherwise inconsistent with applicable law or review-platform rules.

Private feedback may be used to alert the business to a problem. We do not promise a workflow that selectively gives only high scorers access to a public review destination.

8. Press rules

You are responsible for the truth and substantiation of facts, quotes, awards, dates, claims, hiring announcements, expansion statements, locations, services and other information supplied for a press article. We may edit for clarity, structure and publication requirements, but the Client remains responsible for factual accuracy.

“As seen in” or similar badges may be used only for placements that actually apply to that Client and only in a manner consistent with the applicable publication’s rules. We do not authorize borrowing another company’s placements, logos or press history.

9. Outbound prospecting and communications compliance

The Client is responsible for having a lawful basis to provide and use prospect data and for giving us accurate campaign instructions. Outreach rules vary by channel, number type, recipient, geography, consent status and purpose. The Client must not instruct us to contact recipients where the Client knows the communication would be unlawful.

For campaigns we operate, we will use reasonable processes to honor opt-outs and maintain suppression information within the agreed workflow. Nothing in this service transfers the Client’s independent legal obligations to AiDigitalSmart. Voice, text and email outreach may require different consent, identification, disclosure or opt-out practices.

10. Advertising

Grow includes ads management as stated on the website. Advertising media spend is separate from the AiDigitalSmart service fee. The Client is responsible for funding media spend and for approving materially important business claims and offers. Advertising platforms, auction costs, market demand and user behavior are outside our control. We do not guarantee impressions, leads, booked jobs, cost per lead, revenue or return on ad spend.

11. AI-assisted and automated services

Some services may use automated or AI-assisted processes for call handling, content drafting, classification, summarization, qualification, reporting or workflow execution. These systems can make mistakes. The Client is responsible for keeping critical business rules, pricing, availability, escalation instructions and regulated information current. We may require human review or Client approval for material claims, legal statements, press facts or other high-impact content.

12. Fees, billing and taxes

You agree to pay the fees shown at checkout, in a signed order, or on the applicable public service page when that page forms the basis of your purchase. Recurring services are billed on the cadence shown at purchase. One-time setup fees are charged as shown. Applicable taxes may be added where required.

Any minimum term, notice period, cancellation effective date, refund right or special billing arrangement must be stated in the checkout or applicable written order. If no special term is stated, we will administer cancellation according to the billing terms presented when you purchased the service and applicable law.

For Press & Authority, the $500 setup fee is intended to be charged only the first time the Client uses that service. Our billing system is the source of truth for whether that setup fee was already paid.

13. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for actions taken through accounts you control. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. Where practical, Client-owned accounts should remain owned by the Client, while AiDigitalSmart receives the access needed to operate the agreed service.

14. Client content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content, logos, trademarks, account data and business materials you provide to us, subject to the rights you grant us to use those materials to perform the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide those materials.

AiDigitalSmart retains ownership of its pre-existing processes, templates, know-how, software, internal systems, operating methods, reusable design components and general service materials. Unless a written order says otherwise, final custom website content or creative produced specifically for the Client may be used by the Client for its business after applicable fees are paid, subject to any underlying rights that cannot legally be transferred.

15. Confidentiality

Each party may receive non-public business information from the other. Each party agrees to use reasonable care to protect confidential information and to use it only for the business relationship, except where disclosure is required by law or the information is already public through no breach of duty.

16. No guarantee of business results

We provide services and operational work. We do not guarantee revenue, profit, rankings, review volume, ratings, press coverage, search visibility, AI-answer citations, appointments, closed jobs, advertising performance or any specific business outcome. Examples, calculators and projections are for planning and do not promise results.

17. Acceptable use

You may not use the website, portal or services to violate law; infringe intellectual property; distribute malware; access accounts without authorization; harass, threaten or deceive people; create fake identities or testimonials; falsify press announcements; evade opt-outs; or interfere with the security or operation of our systems.

18. Suspension or refusal of service

We may refuse, pause or limit work when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, security risk, unlawful instructions, abuse, missing access, material misrepresentation, prohibited review practices, fabricated press content, or outreach that we reasonably believe creates legal or reputational risk. Where practical, we will explain the issue and give the Client a reasonable opportunity to correct it.

19. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim implied warranties that cannot be excluded only to the extent the law permits. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

20. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiDigitalSmart and Business Beyond Borders Corp. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or lost business opportunity arising from the website or services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim during the six months before the event giving rise to liability. This section does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify AiDigitalSmart and Business Beyond Borders Corp. from third-party claims arising from Client content, Client products or services, unlawful campaign instructions, data the Client lacked the right to provide, false or misleading claims supplied by the Client, or the Client’s material breach of these Terms. We will provide reasonable notice of a covered claim.

22. Changes to services or Terms

We may improve or change the website and services over time. We may update these Terms when our offerings or legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Material changes may be communicated through the website, account portal, email or another reasonable method.

23. Governing law and disputes

Unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. To the extent a dispute is not subject to another agreed dispute-resolution process, the parties consent to jurisdiction in state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, except where applicable law requires another forum.

24. General terms

If one part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver of that provision. You may not assign an agreement with us without our consent except as part of a lawful sale of substantially all of your business or assets. We may assign the agreement in connection with a corporate reorganization, financing, merger or sale of our business. Electronic records and signatures may be used to form and administer the relationship.
