You do not have to wait for every good sales conversation to find you first.
We run focused outbound to a local prospect list you provide or we help build. We start conversations, qualify interest, book the next step when the fit is clear, and hand the real sales conversation to you.

Outbound gives you a second lane for growth.
Some local businesses know exactly who they want more conversations with. Property managers. Commercial buildings. Local business owners in a defined service area. Homeowners in neighborhoods that fit the job. Referral partners. Past leads worth re-opening. The market is there. The problem is nobody consistently starts the conversation.
Outbound Prospecting is for that gap. You provide a local list, or we help build a focused one. We run the outreach. When the campaign calls for it, we can use a voice-led sales-development flow to introduce the reason for the call, ask the qualifying questions you approve, identify interest, and move a qualified prospect toward the next step. When a real sales conversation begins, your team takes over.
Who it is not for
This is not the inbound receptionist. Convert handles people who call your business first. Outbound Prospecting starts conversations with people or businesses you have identified as potential prospects.
It is also not unlimited national B2B blasting. We are building this for local service businesses with a defined geography, offer and prospect profile. “Everybody in America” is not a target. Neither is a purchased list nobody has reviewed.
It is not for an owner who will ignore interested prospects. We can create and qualify a conversation. Your business still quotes, advises and closes the work.
A useful target sounds like “commercial property managers within our service area,” “local businesses that need this specific service,” or “homeowners in neighborhoods that fit this project type.” The tighter the target, the easier it is to make the outreach sound like it belongs there.
What happens in days 1–14
Days 1–3: define the target
We decide who the campaign is for, where they are, what problem you solve for them, which service or offer makes sense, and what counts as a qualified next step. If you already have a list, we review it. If you do not, we help build a focused local list around the agreed market.
Days 4–7: build the conversation
We write the outreach around a reason to talk. Not a speech about how great your company is. Not a wall of marketing copy. The prospect should understand why you are contacting them, what problem you can help with, and what the next step is if they are interested.
For voice-led outreach, we define the approved opening, qualification questions, disqualifiers, booking rules, escalation points and owner handoff. The job is to get to a useful business conversation without pretending an automated sales-development flow should make judgment calls that belong to the owner.
Days 8–10: build the handoff and guardrails
We establish where qualified prospects go, who gets notified, what information is handed over, how opt-outs are honored, and how the suppression list is maintained. Outreach has legal and reputational rules. The list and channel must be appropriate for the campaign. We do not treat “we have a phone number” as permission to ignore applicable calling, texting, email or do-not-call requirements.
Days 11–14: launch the first segment
We start with the agreed segment. We watch the responses. We remove obvious bad-fit contacts. We tighten the message when the market gives us a reason. We make sure the owner can actually handle the interested conversations before the campaign expands.
What we do every week after
We keep the outbound rhythm moving against the agreed local list. We run the approved outreach. We monitor responses. We qualify interest against the agreed criteria. When the workflow supports booking, we move qualified prospects toward a scheduled next step. We hand real opportunities to your team with the context collected during the conversation.
We maintain opt-outs and suppression, review bad-fit responses, refine the target or message when the data gives us a reason, and send weekly reporting on responses, qualified interest, booked next steps and handoffs.
Your job starts where a real sales conversation needs an owner. You know the service, scope and deal. We make sure prospecting does not disappear every time operations get busy.

Six questions before you turn outbound on.
The target, compliance and handoff matter more than clever sales language.
1. Is this the inbound AI receptionist?
No. Convert handles inbound calls from people who contact your business. Outbound Prospecting starts conversations with prospects you have identified or we help identify.
2. Do I have to provide the list?
No. You can provide a local list, or we can help build a focused list around the agreed geography and prospect type. Either way, the campaign needs a defined target.
3. Can the outreach qualify and book prospects?
Yes, when that is appropriate for the campaign. We can build the approved qualification questions, booking rules and handoff so interested prospects move toward the next step instead of landing in a generic inbox.
4. Are you going to blast the whole country?
No. This service is for defined local service markets. It is not sold as unlimited national B2B outreach.
5. Who closes the job?
You do. We run prospecting, qualification and the handoff. Your owner or sales team handles discovery, quoting, judgment calls and closing.
6. What do I see every week?
A practical report showing the outreach run, responses, qualified interest, booked next steps where applicable, handoffs and the targeting or message changes we are making.
