Somebody remains responsible. You should not have to spend Sunday night remembering which marketing task was ignored last week.
What you still do
You still run the business, serve the customer, keep service information and policies accurate, provide access to the accounts we operate, and make decisions that require your judgment. We are not replacing ownership. We are removing recurring customer-acquisition work from the owner's personal list.
“We already have those things” is not the same as having them operated.

Are you just giving me software?
No. AiDigitalSmart operates the included system. The client experience is one simple portal rather than a pile of tools you are expected to become responsible for.
Does Operate answer my phone?
No. Inbound AI receptionist coverage begins with Convert. If missed or after-hours calls are a meaningful problem, Convert is likely the better starting point.
Does this include ads?
No. Ads management begins with Grow. Operate is intentionally focused on the underlying customer-facing foundation.
Can I add reputation, PR or outbound prospecting?
Yes. Reputation, PR per release and outbound SDR are available as add-ons. They are separate from the core package.
What happens if I outgrow Operate?
Upgrade. If you have already paid the Operate setup fee, you pay only the difference between that setup fee and the setup fee of the higher tier.
