The owner should be able to focus on commercial questions: Are we getting the type of opportunities we want? Can we handle more appointments? Which services do we want to push? Has capacity changed? Those are business questions, not platform-management tasks.
What you still do
You still decide what the business is willing to spend, keep service availability current, fulfill the work, maintain a strong customer experience after booking and tell us when capacity or priorities change. Growth works better when acquisition is connected to accurate information from the people fulfilling the demand.
Paid acquisition is easier to judge when the response system underneath it is already accountable.
If an ad produces an inquiry but nobody answers, the marketing report may still show a lead while the business gets no customer. If booking is slow, every additional lead creates more manual work. If the owner cannot see what happened, the conversation turns into opinions about lead quality instead of a clear operating review. Grow is built to connect paid demand to the foundation and response layer already included below it.

Is the ad budget included in $2,499?
No. Your media spend is separate. The first $3,000/month in ad spend is the client's media spend.
What happens above $3,000/month in ad spend?
Above $3,000/month, AiDigitalSmart charges 15% of ad spend.
Do I have to start with Grow?
No. In many cases we would rather see the owner start with Operate or Convert if that is where the current problem sits.
Does Grow include phone coverage?
Yes. Grow includes everything in Convert, including the inbound AI receptionist, 1,000 minutes/month, after-hours coverage and calendar booking.
What happens if I need more than 1,000 receptionist minutes?
Additional usage is billed at the published per-minute rate.
Can I upgrade later instead?
Yes. If you start lower and later move to Grow, you pay only the difference between the setup fee already paid and the Grow setup fee.
