Privacy Policy

Last updated August 21, 2026. This policy explains how AiDigitalSmart, a Business Beyond Borders Corp. brand, handles information when you visit our website, use our forms and calculators, buy services, sign in to a client portal, or work with us.

Short version

We collect the information needed to run the website, respond to you, provide the services you buy, operate your account, process billing, measure our marketing, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not ask you to send sensitive information through ordinary marketing forms.

1. Who we are

AiDigitalSmart is a brand operated by Business Beyond Borders Corp. (“AiDigitalSmart,” “BBBC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our business address is 99 Wall Street, Suite 2436, New York, NY 10005, USA. You can contact us about privacy at team@aidigitalsmart.us.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

We may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, industry, service area, package or add-on selections, messages, project information, press-announcement details, prospecting criteria, review or testimonial materials, and other information you choose to send us.

If you use our missed-opportunity calculator or starting-point assessment, we may store the values and answers you enter so we can show your result and, if you choose to submit your contact information, carry that context into the next step.

Account and billing information

When you create or access a client account, we may process account identifiers, authentication status, subscription information, invoices, billing status and related account metadata. Payment-card details are handled through the secure billing flow and are not intended to be stored in the public marketing website.

Website and device information

Like most websites, we may collect IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page, approximate location derived from network information, timestamps, interaction events, and similar technical data. We may also collect campaign parameters such as UTM values and advertising click identifiers when they are present in the URL.

Service data we process for clients

When a client hires us, we may process information the client provides or authorizes us to access in order to perform the service. Depending on the service, this can include customer contact information, lead details, appointment information, review and testimonial submissions, approved website content, prospect lists, outreach responses, public business information, advertising information and reporting data.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • respond to inquiries and schedule sales or onboarding conversations;
  • recommend a starting package or add-on based on information you provide;
  • create checkout, account and billing sessions;
  • provide, configure, operate and support the services you purchase;
  • run review, testimonial, press, outbound, website, booking, phone, reporting and advertising workflows that are part of an agreed service;
  • communicate about your account, service changes, support issues, invoices and operational matters;
  • send marketing communications where permitted and honor opt-out requests;
  • measure website performance, campaign attribution and conversion events;
  • detect abuse, troubleshoot errors, maintain security and prevent fraud;
  • comply with law, enforce agreements and protect our rights or the rights of others.

4. Cookies, analytics and attribution

We may use first-party storage, cookies and analytics tags to remember preferences, preserve calculator or assessment context, understand how people use the site and measure which campaigns lead to inquiries or purchases. Campaign data may include UTM parameters and advertising click identifiers. You can control cookies through your browser. Blocking some storage may prevent certain preferences or funnel context from carrying between pages.

Where applicable law gives you a right to opt out of certain targeted advertising, profiling or cross-context behavioral advertising activities, you may contact us using the information below. We will honor legally required browser or universal opt-out signals when and where they apply to our processing.

5. How we disclose information

We may disclose information to service infrastructure providers that help us host the site, process payments, provide authentication, deliver communications, run analytics, provide customer support, operate contracted marketing workflows, store data, or maintain security. We may also disclose information to professional advisers such as accountants, attorneys or auditors, and to government authorities when legally required.

If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.

We do not sell personal information for money.

6. Client customer data

For many services, the client decides which customer, lead or prospect information we are allowed to use. In that context, the client is responsible for having the rights, notices and permissions required to provide the data and instruct us to process it. We use that information to perform the agreed service and not to create an unrelated consumer database for sale.

Clients should not send us sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for an agreed service and the parties have confirmed the appropriate handling requirements in writing.

7. Reviews, testimonials and public proof

Our Reputation & Proof service is intended to collect feedback and testimonials from real customer experiences. A client is responsible for providing lawful customer contact information and for having the right to request and display customer-submitted material. We do not create fake reviews or require a customer to leave a positive review. Public review requests should be made neutrally and in line with the applicable review platform’s rules.

Where a customer authorizes a testimonial, image, video or review to be displayed, it may appear on the client’s website or approved marketing material according to that authorization. A customer may contact the client or us if they believe content is being used outside the permission they gave.

8. Press and public announcements

Information submitted for Press & Authority may be intended for public distribution. That can include company name, spokesperson name, title, business description, announcement details, quotes, images, links and contact information. Do not submit private or confidential information for a public announcement unless you intend it to be published.

9. Outbound prospecting

Clients using Outbound Prospecting are responsible for providing or approving prospect data that may lawfully be used for the agreed campaign. We may process prospect contact information, outreach history, responses, qualification notes, opt-outs and suppression records in order to run the service. We maintain suppression information for outreach we operate so opt-out instructions can be honored.

10. Communications and opt-outs

You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the unsubscribe method in the message or by contacting us. Transactional, account, billing, support and service communications may still be sent when needed to perform a service or administer an account.

If a marketing campaign includes text messages or calls, consent and opt-out requirements can vary by channel, recipient and purpose. We design our own outreach processes to honor applicable requirements, and clients remain responsible for the lawfulness of lists and campaign instructions they provide.

11. Data retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining business and tax records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, honoring suppression requests and meeting legal obligations. Different categories of data may have different retention periods.

12. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet transmission, website or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for notifying us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

13. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, and in some states to opt out of certain targeted advertising, profiling, sale or sharing activities. You may also have the right to appeal a privacy-rights decision. These rights are subject to legal exceptions.

To make a request, email team@aidigitalsmart.us with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where applicable law permits, subject to verification requirements.

14. Children

Our website and services are intended for business owners and business users, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the public website. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review the issue.

15. International visitors

AiDigitalSmart is operated from the United States. If you access the site from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where service infrastructure operates, subject to applicable law.

16. External sites

Our website may link to other sites. Their privacy practices are controlled by their own policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we do not operate.

17. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services or legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, account portal or another reasonable method.
